Cookbooks

When I get a cookbook, I know I will need to do some adapting and some I just won't be able to use at all. For low FODMAP recipes I've had the best luck with Gluten Free and Vegan cookbooks, especially if they are both. I am happy if I get two or three recipes to add to my repetoire. Now that I am following a diet of more traditional foods I do best cooking with a slow cooker combined with fresh salads.
